The [Parlaritants] of the town Elmore who use legal water in town meeting are hereby [] and warned to meet meet at the usual place of town meetings on Tuesday the 29th day of instant march at one oclock P.M. to act on the following matters viz:

Article 4th To see if the town vote to recind a vote taken to pay Drafted Men a bounty 15th To see if the town will vote to recind a vote taken to instruct
