I have only time to write you a line this morning as the boat is ready to go. I recd your letter last evening - written Sunday. I am sorry to say that it is quite doubtful about our starting from here tomorrow as expected. There is some difficulty about getting boats to carry us. We are all very busy getting ready to go, and yesterday I had but little time to write. You must excuse these few lines and if I get time I will write more today.
