Dear Powers

A most estimable and trustworthy friend of ours at Turin desires a letter of introduction to you for Mr Tuminello, a Roman, who has been a sufferer in the cause of Italian liberty, and is represented, in terms which command our entire confidence, as every way a respectable and deserving person.
