I received your letter some days ago & enjoyed it ever so much it was so
long it seemed as if I was having a real chat with you but as my finger is
better so I can work I have been pretty busy to make up for lost time so have
had no time to answer before I went to the reception had a boss old time you
said you thought of it several times but probably no one missed
you
but you certainly was missed by one if not by a good many more if nothing
happens to prevent & it is good sleighing you may see me down to
Jeffersonvill next sunday if it is convenient for you to have me come, as long
as you manage your own affairs & Ober has nothing to do about it. There
is lots more I could write about if I only had time but as I said before I am so
busy. I am no hand to write at night & I must go to the mill hoping to
hear from you soon
& expecting to see you quite soon
I remain your friendJoe
