Prst. Buckham
My
dear Sir: I have your
favor and am more and more
surprised at the action of my
quondam friend, Henry Clark,
but
Mr. Hoar's bill has been postponed
until March and hear it is re-

additional aid to National Colleges
and sharply replied to Eliot and

Very
truly yours
Justin S. Morrill
