I have only time to write a line. George came here yesterday and stoped in camp with me last night but is going to leave in a few moments. They tell us we shall certainly leave to day but I dont believe a word of it tho’ it may be so. As soon as we start I shall certainly drop you a line. I have sent all my things by George except my overcoat which I shall keep to sleep in until I get another, and then I shall send that & my breaches to U. Falls. George has got the picture I spoke of, and says he shall send
