I have not seen the list but hear my name was handed in to the Senate by the President I wrote Gov. Dillingham as soon as I got home saying to him that his son desired a place on a staff and if the matter was affected aluded to above I should be happy to assist him. I recd a line from him saying he was at work and pulling as hard as he could with the Vt delegation. As I shall see you so soon I will write no more but have a talk with you.
