I rec'd. your letter in due time, and now seat myself to reply. I am getting along nicely, but am getting tired so quick. I thought some of coming home Fri. night, but concluded I had better not. Do not know when I shall come. Shall stay away as long as I can Miss. Goodsell went home yesterday. I attended the A. Reception Fri. night, had a very nice time. There is no school Thurs. and Fri. but we are obliged to attend the teachers institute in place of it and also Sat. The Institute begins Wed. night by a lecture by Mrs. Hunt, there is also a lecture Thurs. evening. Don't you think you can come up here before great while, I wish you would. Mrs. Tracy went to Fletcher yesterday to a funeral, so the girls got the dinner and Mrs. Story & I did up the work after ward. While I was wipeing the dishes there was a cracked saucer that came apart in my hands it slid over the back of one of them & cut it terribly, I never came so near fainting in my life. Well, it is getting to be about time I was getting ready for church so I will close, donot know as you can ever read this, it is written so fine. I hope you will write to me soon for I am always looking for a letter from you.

lovingly Yours,Kate.
