There is a young man here who desires me to write you and ascertain what would be your lowest figures on the 18 acre lot here with $200 cash down and the remainder in installments to be secured by mortgage.


Edward has written me that he is desirous of selling his portion at once as he wants no land in York State


The individual with whom you made arrangements to repair the fences has failed to repair and they are in the same condition today that they were last fall
