Remember me when far a way Remember me and for me pray And if my grave should be my lot Remember me and forget me not May the roses of love Bloom around your cot And blossom long after Your friend is forgot Fare the well Fare the better When you get married send me a letter. Forget me not I only ask The simple sun of thee That it may be an easy task Sometimes to think of me
