Outright, Vermont's resource for gay, l_esbian, and
bisexual youth and the people who work with them,
is looking for an Executive Director. The person in
this 20 to 24 hour per week position will work closely
with Outright’s Board of Directors in guiding the
organization. Responsibilities include the following:

Financial management and development
Grant writing

Fund raising

Staff supervision

Volunteer coordination

Professional and public presentations

Qualified applicants will have a strong background in
these areas with a special emphasis on financial
development and fund raising. Background in ado-
lescent development and non-profit management
are highly desired. Working knowledge of homosexu-
ality and comfort with sexual orientation are a must.

Salary range is $10 to $11.50 per hour. Benefits
include some medical coverage as well as paid leave.
