RAGS picnic planned Rutland Area Gays (RAGS) will hold their third annual Summer Picnic on Saturday, July 26. The picnic will run all day, from 10 a.m. to l0 p.m. There will be swimming, volleyball, music, dancing, and many other activities. The event is potluck, and there will be grills available for cooking. A $5.00 donation per person is requested to cover the costs of renting the site.
