Minkin formed her abstract, Lexan pieces to visually represent Gordon's ambient audio textures extracted from the album Inside In. Proximity sensors detect viewers’ movements in the gal- lery and trigger the sounds to create a continually shifting soundscape. Mike Gordon is best known as the bassist, vo- calist, and composer for the band Phish. In addition to his music, his creative endeavors extend into film and litera- ture as well.
