The festival includes 27 selected films, about half features and half docu- , mentaries, with appearances and talks by filmmakers and critics and special events. Films are shown in the Savoy Theater, 26 Main St., and the City Hall Arts Center, 39 Main St. Opening the festival in the Savoy will be Postmen in the Mountains, an award-winning fea- ture film trom China about a father and son delivering mail over a mountainous 112-mile route.
