Description: Photograph dated Oct. 17, 1941. Original caption reads: Barrett Street Improvements: This view shows the improvements to Barrett Street after all work had been completed. This view is taken from the intersection of Colchester Avenue looking easterly. Note the new concrete face wall under the verandas on the apartment house at the left also new steel pipe supports for verandas constructed by the Street Department at the expense of the property owners; also note that the Rossetti residence has been moved back away from the street line where it is entirely out of view from this position.
